Graduate Engineer

The Role

Are you a graduate engineer looking for hands-on experience in the rail industry? Are you interested in working for a specialist engineering company that can provide a supportive environment where you can learn and increase your knowledge?

We are looking for a graduate engineer to work on various rail projects.

You will be self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills throughout your career with us.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work individually, within a team and with multiple stakeholders across all levels in an organisation.
You will work alongside specialist engineers, learning and increasing your knowledge and understanding and gaining real hands-on experience in an engineering environment.
Literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, and a degree in an engineering discipline is preferred but not essential.

The role is Midlands based and will require occasional travel within the UK. The starting salary is £25,500, rising incrementally throughout your employment to £34,000 after 2.5 years. You will also be offered private health care.
