Train Guard

Working as a Train Guard you’ll check passengers tickets and board them onto the train. You’ll carry out necessary operational tasks and safety checks in conjunction with the locomotive crew and complete report forms for each journey.

You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face on a daily basis, so excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work on own initiative and as a team player are essential.

Due to the nature of the role all applicants must be over the age 18.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

Salary: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
