Graduate/Junior Rail Engineer

You will be a graduate or Junior Engineer who will thrive in a collaborative team and can readily demonstrate your problem solving and time management skills. You will be working in a role with real responsibilities within your first few months. You’ll get opportunities to work within a multi-discipline organisation and projects while being exposed to a variety of challenges. As a Graduate or junior Engineer, you will gain hands-on practical experience and on-the-job-training while being supported by experienced, talented Project team members.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this, the ideal candidate would be either a Graduate/Junior with Engineering qualifications or relevant on-site experience and qualifications looking to transition to an office environment.

Working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
Dealing with high level, urgent and confidential issues
Managing varied and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines
Assisting the project team with HSQE documentation and reporting
Uphold a high-standard of workmanship
