Maintenance Development – Wolverhampton or Manchester

Control Systems Design – Hatfield

Operations Management – London

Project Quality – Derby

Requirements Engineering – Hatfield or Derby

Systems Engineering – York or Hatfield

Systems Test – Hatfield

Signalling (Interlockings) – Hatfield

Signalling (Level Crossings) – York, Birmingham or Derby

You will complete a two-year accredited development programme whilst providing a tangible contribution to the success of the team. During the programme, you will undertake a series of rotations around the function gaining an understanding of the business and the service operation lifecycle. Developing your knowledge during your time at Alstom is key, along with developing your skills, experience and leadership mindset. Within a climate of innovation, you will also support solutions to meet the customer requirements as part of the safety case and train presentation, support the identification and delivery of continuous improvement.

You will have the opportunity to complete on the job learning, which is complemented by a modular personal development programme. Supported by a mentor, you will be able to work towards gaining a relevant professional qualification.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You will need a minimum 2:1 BEng or MEng in Digital Electronics, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or Software. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, a can do attitude and a passion for making things happen.
