Sub Agent

We are recruiting a Sub Agent who will be working for a Principal Contractor allows for more responsibility and visibility for progression.

Working primarily under framework agreements, this position of Sub Agent will provide you a fairly fixed location (cutting down on your commute time) and a consistent pipeline of work.

This particular position will be to work on Network Rail Station projects in and around the South West London / Surrey area.

You will be responsible for managing the construction phase, ensuring that you deliver the project in line with customer expectations, HSE, quality, environmental, programme and budget. You will positively encourage collaborative working throughout your team, suppliers and customers.

What do you need to be succesful?

A HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
A CSCS and SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
Relevant experience in leading the delivery of Rail projects, ideally having worked on Station or Access for All projects
Have a working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost
and value reporting.
Demonstrable experience in managing a team
