Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are actively looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an exceptionally talented infrastructure team.

Joining the infrastructure team would expose you to a highly skilled and experienced group of professionals. Collaborating with such a team would enable you to learn from their expertise, share knowledge, and further enhance your skills in the field.

What you will do:

Pre & Post Contract
Contract administration
Undertaking Cost analysis
Establishing client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies Events
Performing risk, value management and cost control
Approval of key Subcontracts, the production of project reports
Advising on procurement strategy
Analysing costings of tender returns
Advice Clients on forms of contract suitable work works tendered
Providing advice on contractual claims
Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
Valuing completed work and advising Clients of payments to be made
What you will need:

Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, or similar / relevant discipline.
Ideally professionally qualified, MRICS or equivalent, and will be supported if not already attained.
Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with colleagues and clients.
