RAIL INNOVATION MANAGER – REMOTE – PERMANENT – £50,000 – £58,000 PER ANNUM

We have an exciting opportunity for Rail Innovation Manager for a company who strives to help businesses who challenges and drives positive change through innovation, for a permanent position, fully remote.

About You:
You have a good level of understanding and knowledge of the rail industry, within an innovation context.
You will have leadership experience.
You will have experience in business development and programme design.
You will have experience in stakeholder engagement.
You will have experience identifying opportunities and designing effective activities.
What you will be doing:
You will be working within the Transportation team to lead and deliver programmes of work enabling business transformation and implementing new solutions, ensuring project deliverables and KPIs are met.

You will also deliver effective people and project management, identifying new opportunities that can support specific projects and supporting the delivery of innovation programmes.

The role is completely remote. This will be working 5 days a week, during normal working hours.

The salary range for this position is between £50,000 and £58,000 and will be based on suitability and experience. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes pension, life assurance, a generous maternity / adoption / paternity leave package and more.
