One of the UK’s premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a HSEQ Manager to come in, leading the H&S function across several Transport contracts, spanning Rail, Underground, Buses and Airport.

These contracts cover a variety of infrastructural sites, platforms, depots, Railside, buses, trains, airport terminals and so on, with the employer offering Hard and Soft services.

Here, you will be responsible for HSEQ compliance across much of these estates, with some dedicated HSEQ support already in place. This will include reviewing business processes and managing relevant business critical accreditations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing HSEQ Manager to play a key part ina  growing segment within a world class organisation.

Actions will include:

Works to implement UK HSEQ strategy, policy, and standards within the organisation on.
Works to develop / maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in conjunction with the UK HSEQ Team
Proactively develop safety, health, wellness programmes in conjunction with the UK HSEQ Team
Engage and work with Transport Account management teams to create a strong culture which recognises ownership of HSEQ at all levels
Maintain and manage compliance to business critical standards such as ISO, RISQs, FORS
Deliver specific HSEQ projects to the business sectors as appropriate.
Work with the Safety Leader network to drive engagement across all business functions
To identify areas where improvement or enhancement is necessary
We need from you:

HSEQ experience within Rail
Ideally NEBOSH Diploma
