Quantity Surveyor

About The Role:

We are looking for a a Quantity Surveyor to join a team reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager and take full commercial control of their project.

Experience Required:

A good understanding and background in NEC
Excellent client interfacing skills
Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
Thorough and process like in how you operate as a Quantity Surveyor
Be able to work well within a team
Previous experience of working with clients like TFL, Network Rail or DLR would be beneficial
