General Foreman

We are on the lookout for General Foreman in the South-West to assist on a portfolio of rail infrastructure, civil engineering and building projects.

The role is open to both freelance and permanent employment:

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the Health, Safety and Welfare of employees and others under their direct control

Reporting of any unsafe practices

Developing a continuous improvement culture and the use of best practice

Ensuring effective leadership, supervision, utilisation and monitoring of Direct and Subcontract Labour Force

Delivery of works within programme and to budget

Experience of working as a General Foreman within a Rail environment
