Relief Driver/Warehouse Operative

 

Relief Driver / Warehouse Operative required for a company in Yate, BS37

– £13.00ph

– Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

– Half an hour for lunch break (unpaid) and two paid tea breaks (morning and afternoon)

– Free parking on site

– 10 minutes’ walk from Yate train station

– Clean working environment

– Canteen on site

About the job

– 25 days holiday a year + Bank Holidays

– 10 days sick pay per year

– 50% warehouse work and 50% van driving work

– Moving and stacking items in the warehouse

– Inspecting items for any damage

– Delivering stock Overnight

– Overnight stays could be required when making deliveries – with accommodation fully paid

 

 

 

 The right candidate

– Full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 points, for insurance purposes

– Comfortable with manual handling

– Strong communication skills

– Basic PC understanding

– Previous experience in a similar role such as production, warehouse, factory, manufacturing, retail
