Duties of a Maintenance Engineer 

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer your key responsibilities will include:

Undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our plant.
Utilising your multi skilled abilities to handle various technical challenges.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Supporting a range of plant and equipment within our diverse manufacturing environment.
Maintaining compliance with safety regulations during maintenance activities.

 

Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold formal Mechanical qualifications to either a City & Guilds Level or NVQ standard.
Be apprentice trained.
Possess genuine multi skilled abilities to tackle diverse maintenance tasks.
Proven experience supporting plant and equipment in a manufacturing, process or production environment.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
