About The Role

We are currently recruiting for Trainee Train Managers in London Gateway.
Training Plans
If successful, you will be required to attend a comprehensive training and assessment programme. This is led by our Training & Standards Department in our state of the art Training school in Peterborough, learning everything you need to obtain a Train Drivers Licence.

Applicants must be available to complete the classroom training without disruption for 15 weeks (this means no annual leave). These training courses are planned to commence in coming months.

Essential Criteria

  • Applicants must have successfully Passed their Train Driver Psychometric Assessment within the past 5 years. (If you have failed part of your assessment within the last 6 months, you will be unable to apply for this position on this occasion).
  • You must live within 45 minutes of London Gateway.
  • You must be over the age of 21 with a clean UK Manual Car Drivers licence.
You must PASS a full TDLC railway medical ahead of the training course, we will arrange this for you if successful at interview stage.

Salary
The salary whilst training is £27,878 per annum.
