We are currently looking for Track Operatives within PWAY.

We are offering the ideal candidate, full training including PTS which is a fantastic opportunity for casual work within the rail industry. This position is safety critical and therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing and a pre-employment medical.

Shifts will be a variation of Days and Nights and appropriate notice will be given for required cover.

About You
You are required to have good geographical knowledge of the area, excellent communication skills and be IT literate.

Ideally you should have the following knowledge and experience:

Good communication
Attention to detail
Teamwork
Work to deadlines
Proactive
Problem solving skills
Able to commit to weekend and night shifts Friday to Monday

Responsibilities will include:

Carry out maintenance and renewals tasks as instructed by your supervisor
To have a willing attitude at all times
To comply with all safety requirements made known to you during your Track Induction course and whilst under supervision
Ensure all PPE is worn as required
Carry out instructions given by your supervisors
Use all tools appropriately and correctly (as per training given)
Attend all courses and team briefs as required
Maintain good timekeeping and attendance
To act in a professional manner at all time
