THE ROLE – Technical Support Engineer
*Identify technical issues with commercial boilers, water heaters and heat pumps and provide solutions over the telephone to the end client
*Assisting with commissioning setups over the phone
*Occasional site visits to assist with fault finding and repairing

THE PERSON – Technical Support Engineer
*We’re seeking an engineer with a strong working knowledge of commercial heating, commercial boilers, and water heaters
*Previous experience could include installation or service engineer
*Comfortable in working from an office

THE PACKAGE – Technical Support Engineer
*Basic to £47K
*Overtime
*Death in Service x3 annual salary
*25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

LOCATION – Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer
