Systems Engineer

Our client, a leading consultancy in the rail industry, is currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team in London on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide systems engineering expertise for rail infrastructure projects.
Support the design, implementation, and integration of systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Identify and manage system requirements, risks, and interfaces.
Contribute to technical documentation, testing, and assurance processes.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience working in the rail industry.
Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and integration.
Understanding of industry regulations and safety-critical systems.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience working on Rail projects.
Familiarity with Network Rail standards.
