Zed Rail are working with a close client who due to exponential growth are looking for a Utilities Service Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

 

On offer is a salary of £30,000 plus exciting progression and training opportunities.

 

 

Key duties:

Coordinate all variety of works across the utilities division in the business
Liaise with utility companies, contractors, clients, and internal departments
Monitor and track job progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Ensure all works comply with health & safety and regulatory standards
Administration duties within the utilities team
Payroll duties

 

 

Candidate specification:

Previous experience in utilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project tracking systems
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
