Site Laborer’s Crane Rail Installation: Immediate Start Available: £12.00–£16.00 per hour, basic + Enhanced overtime

We are currently recruiting for Site laborers to assist our Crane Rail Site Installation Teams working throughout the UK, with the option to travel and work occasionally in Europe / the rest of the world.

The role involves working away from home Monday to Friday with occasional weekend overtime work (Overtime Rates Apply).

Previous site experience within a general engineering / construction background is desirable and the ability to work at height is also a requirement (training provided), as a number of projects will require working from Mobile Elevated Platforms or Crane Beams at Height Safely Attached to Safety Lines and Handrails (please ask for more information if required.)

The main duties will include assisting in the installation of Crane Rails. This will require laboring, working at height and the use of power tools. Full task-specific training will be given.

The successful candidate should have :
Requirements

Essential-

The ability to work at height or previous experience of working at height is essential
The ability to work away from home Monday to Friday and the occasional weekend
Good standard of health and fitness, as the role is very demanding physically
clean drug and alcohol test is to be taken on acceptance of the role
Driving license

Preferred-

CSCS Card/ECITB Health and Safety Training, although training will be given if required, to the right candidate.
Previous site experience, either construction or engineering, using of 110V tools, air tools, petrol tools and safe systems of work is desirable.
Extra points if you have any of the following certificates: 360 Excavator operator, Digger Ticket, Telehandler Operator, Forklift Operator, and Working at height.
Working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
Generous overtime Rates are applicable for overtime worked in the week over 40 hours and weekends.
