Working under the direction of the As-Built BIM Manager and Area BIM Leads, this position supports model updates across shafts, headhouses, and associated assets, ensuring that live Project Information Models (PIMs) accurately reflect redlines, field changes, and progressive construction status.

- Lead the coordination and integration of as-constructed data including redlines, point clouds, FCDs, and survey outputs into the federated model.
- Ensure all model updates are in alignment with the HS2 As-Built Specification (HS2-HS2-IM-SPE-000-000009) and project BEP.
- Support DAC submissions by preparing graphical model data that meets required MPDT standards and is fully aligned to asset metadata and HS2’s AIM expectations.
- Guide and mentor junior modellers and technicians to maintain modelling consistency, naming standards, and graphical integrity.
- Drive issue resolution between construction and design inputs through active clash detection and model review cycles.
- Collaborate with Asset Information Coordinators to ensure asset relationships, classifications, and identifiers are correctly attributed and validated.
- Support fortnightly model review cycles, providing assurance documentation and inputs to design freeze processes.
- Liaise with ProjectWise and EMT systems to manage model uploads, status tracking, and evidence submissions.
