Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Green Park, West London – up to £48,000 per annum  

Zed Rail Limited are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial building in Green Park, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across the site as part of a 2 man working team. Working in a Large complex building.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

– Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
– Emergency lighting tests
– Control Panels
– Changing Ballast
– BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
– Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
– Maintain and update Log books
– Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
– Pumps, motors
– Water flushing / temp checks logs
– Boosted water pumps
– Fire damper maintenance
– Attending Client meeting
– General PPMs
– Control of sub-contractors
– Permit to work system
– Maintaining Site logbooks

Requirements:

– Mechanically qualified – Level 2 or 3
– Job logic experience
– Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
– A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
– Multi-skilled
– Good communication skills
– Client Facing
