Safety Critical Rail Operatives – Upcoming Works (UK Wide)

We are expanding its safety-critical workforce for upcoming rail infrastructure projects across the UK.

We are a trusted labor supply partner providing skilled and compliant personnel to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across Network Rail and major rail frameworks. With new projects scheduled to commence in the coming months, we are now registering experienced rail professionals for ongoing work throughout 2026.

We are currently seeking to register candidates for the following roles:

Safety Critical

• COSS / IWA
• Lookout / Site Warden
• ES (Engineering Supervisor)
• PICOP / SWL1 & SWL2
• Machine / Crane Controller
• Possession Support Staff

Track & Civils

• PTS Operatives (with Track Induction)
• Groundworkers & Gangers (PTS)
• Trackmen / Skilled Operatives (Small tools, First Aid etc)
• Civils / Vegetation / Drainage Crews

Requirements

• Valid Sentinel card (PTS as a minimum)
• Safety-critical competencies (where applicable)
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven experience working on Network Rail or major contractor sites
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
