You will be responsible for the below:

Lead the design of user interfaces for web applications in the rail industry, ensuring they are visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Work closely with software developers and product managers to ensure that design solutions are feasible, align with technical constraints, and meet user needs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring the UI designs are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use, and conducting user research and testing as needed.
Create high-fidelity prototypes, mock-ups, and visual assets; iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and analytics.
Communicate design concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders clearly and persuasively, including non-designers.
Keep up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for best practices in design.

 

About you:

Vast and demonstratable UI design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI design projects, including mobile and web applications, with a focus on visually rich and user-centered designs.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and proficiency with prototyping.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
A high understanding of UI UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred but not required.
