Groundsperson/labour

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated P1 PA6 Operative to join our team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone with experience in pesticide application who takes pride in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work.

Duties:

Carrying out herbicide and pesticide application in line with industry regulations
Working across a variety of sites including highways, parks, industrial estates, and open spaces
Ensuring all equipment is maintained and operated safely
Completing daily records and adhering to health & safety standards
Supporting the wider ground maintenance team where required

Experience:

Valid PA1 & PA6 Certificates (essential)
Previous experience in herbicide/pesticide application
Strong awareness of health & safety practices
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
