Job Title: Fabric Engineer/GMO
Location: Reading Site/Corporate Office
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Fabric/GMO (General Maintenance Operative) to join our team on a prestigious site in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is practical, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally in a secure and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– General maintenance and plumbing tasks
– Supporting building fabric repairs and a wide range of FM duties
– Working closely with engineers, with a clear path to upskilling and formal qualifications
– Taking initiative and being proactive in maintenance solutions

What We’re Looking For:

– Level 2 qualification in Plumbing
– Experience in general building maintenance or facilities management
– A real “can-do” attitude – someone who can turn their hand to most tasks
– Strong work ethic and willingness to upskill (training provided)
