My client services millions of rail and bus passengers everday across the UK.

They are looking for an innovative, self-starting individual with a passion for working in the busy and dynamic bus industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

To plan and manage replacement buses and coaches to provide journeys to a timetable when the rail service is disrupted due to pre-planned and emergency requirements.
Responsible for the quality of customer-focused response.
To provide efficient and effective administrative support.
Work effectively with external suppliers and colleagues.
Always have a duty of care for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues, including a duty to report unsafe acts or omissions of safety.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

An individual who can develop effective working relations with suppliers and colleagues
Can handle high pressure situations in a calm, professional and logical manner.
It will be desirable if applicants can demonstrate previous experience administering logistics or passenger transport.
The posts involve shift-working on a rota basis covering Middle and Late shift patterns
Must own a smart phone device.

 

Shift Pattern – runs on a 4 week rotation.

7 days 7am-3pm , 4 days off
7 days 11pm – 7am, 3 days off
7 days 3pm – 11pm, 4 days off
7 days 10-6pm, 3 days off
