We are recruiting for an administrator to join an existing team in the Warrington office, where hybrid working can be agreed upon.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a rail environment.

Main duties and responsibilities will be varied on a day-to-day basis and will include, but are not limited to:

As an administrator, you will be working closely with the project team, offering administration support to project managers, managing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, managing and maintaining KPI information, managing project information, including project reviews, and ensuring all documents are filed both manually and electronically. General administration duties include filing, scanning, and photocopying, as well as additional tasks as and when required.
