Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines
Coordinate and manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and procurement, to ensure smooth project implementation
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the rail or transportation industry
Relevant rail certificates to access site
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficient in project management software and tools
Knowledge of rail industry regulations, standards, and practices is highly desirable
