Your Role:

As a Principal Rail Engineer,  you’ll lead and deliver cutting-edge civil engineering solutions across all project phases—from feasibility studies to detailed design. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest technical standards.

Project Leadership – Oversee and manage rail infrastructure designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Innovation – Develop creative, efficient solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Collaboration – Work closely with geotechnical, structural, and environmental experts to deliver fully integrated designs.

What You Bring:

Qualifications – Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng); Chartered Engineer (CEng or equivalent) preferred.
Experience – At least 5 years of civil engineering design experience, with a focus on rail infrastructure, and CRE experience.
Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical principles, and rail-specific design. Experience with software like Autodesk Robot, Idea Statika, or Tedds is a plus.
Leadership Skills – Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive teams toward excellence.
Problem-Solving Mindset – Analytical thinker with a passion for overcoming engineering challenges.
Communication Skills – Ability to present technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
