The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the efficient operation of the train service
Minimise any delay to train services whenever possible, especially at times of disruption using proactive measures
Deliver a great customer experience at all times, by coordinating train Crews and station teams with detailed train running plans and to ensure a controlled approach to service recovery
Assist the Station teams with train dispatch
Designated person in charge of evacuation of the station in the event of an emergency.
Please note, this role will involve working a variety of shifts including earlys, lates, nights and weekends.

This is a safety critical role, if you do not already hold this competency, testing and training will be provided. Offers made to successful candidates are subject to satisfactory completion of a safety critical medical assessment, including drugs and alcohol screening.

 

You must live within 60 minutes’ commute of Nottingham to be eligible for this role.
