A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Shepherds Bush.

We’re currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial building. The successful candidate will be experienced working as a Fabric engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out fabric maintenance duties and any other requested tasks on site.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plumbing – washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
Tiling – floors, walls and Carpet tiles
Painting & Decorating
Plastering
Fixing Furniture
Hanging Pictures & Shelves.

Hours of work / Rate / contract details:

4 on 4 off
7pm – 7am
immediate start
temporary ongoing
£20p/h

Requirements:

Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer
Fabric qualified – Plumbing, Carpentry ( C&G, NVQ )
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
Client Facing
Immediately available or able to start at short notice.
