The job:

Candidates are expected to report to their Manager and are responsible for ensuring that;

Work is carried out to the required engineering and safety standard
Work is carried out in accordance with the work instructions and procedures
Ensuring that health, safety, quality and environmental requirements are adhered to
Issues are identified and reported back to their Site Person in Charge and Line manager
They take responsibility for the quality of work they undertake.

 

About you:

You’re a hard worker, keen to be part of a strong team, great customer service, so you’ll be able to communicate respectfully with clients and the public when necessary.

The ideal candidate must have 2 years’ labouring experience (rail experience preferred), hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.

We are looking for staff that have;

Good attitude & strong work ethic (essential)
A good knowledge of Health and Safety (desirable)
Ability to communicate well with management and staff (essential)
Willingness to uphold company standards for quality, craftsmanship, safety and efficiency (essential)
Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points (essential)
Familiarity with railway infrastructures (desirable)
