National Corporate Account Manager – Rail Industry
Location: This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working field-based, visiting customer sites/our offices, and also remotely.
Reports to: Industry Sector Manager
Function: Sales | B2B | Strategic Accounts
The Opportunity
As a National Corporate Account Manager (NCAM), you’ll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value customers within the Rail Industries. Your mission? To grow our share of wallet year-on-year by deeply understanding your customers’ challenges and aligning our solutions to help them thrive.
This is a consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of customer operations, change management, and value-based selling. You’ll be the face of our brand to your accounts — and the voice of your customers within our sphere.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of national corporate accounts across the UK & Ireland.
- Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Rail industries.
- Identify customer pain points and align our full suite of MRO solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across our wider sales organisation to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and Power BI to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Drive customer retention, revenue growth, and gross margin improvement.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to your customers and internal teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Established background experience of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience in Rail Industries is desirable.
- A consultative, customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate long sales cycles.
- A collaborative, professional approach with the ability to lead without direct authority.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a values-driven mindset.
