Job description
You will be responsible for leading and managing a suite of meetings and evidence feeding into and flowing from internal periodic Regulatory Compliance Group (RCG) meetings, ensuring robust evidence is put forward to allow ORR to understand and anticipate Network Rail’s performance and delivery during Control Period 7 (CP7) and its compliance against its Network Licence.
As part of your role, you will need to build strong professional relationships with a range of internal colleagues, across a range of specialisms, and also external colleagues, including senior leaders in Network Rail. You will also have line management responsibility for two members of the Network Regulation team.
This is an exciting time to join Us. You will support the Head of Network Regulation and Deputy Director, Planning and Performance, in developing and adapting our ways of working as we respond to the Government’s programme, including major changes arising from rail reform.

Our hybrid working means that we currently work from our workplace location a minimum of 40% of our working week, although requirements to attend other offsite locations for official business, also count towards this level of attendance. Working arrangements are subject to continuous review.
