The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Zed Rail are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work in a specialist ASD school in Ealing on a long-term, full-time basis. You’ll be supporting children with Autism and associated needs such as anxiety and sensory processing difficulties. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and able to use tools like Makaton, PECS or visual schedules to support communication. You’ll also help students manage behaviour and develop social and emotional regulation strategies.

 

 

 

The School – Behaviour Mentor

The school is a specialist ASD setting in Ealing for children aged 5-16. It offers a structured and nurturing environment, highly trained staff, and access to excellent specialist resources and training for behaviour management and communication development.
