Mobile AC Engineer – London & Home Counties – £47,000

We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of Mobile AC Engineer with a leading Facilities Maintenance Service Provider covering London & Home Counties.

Position: Mobile AC Engineer
Location: Covering London & Home Counties (Must be happy to travel to places such as Norwich on the odd occassion)
Salary: Up to £47,000 + Overtime available

We are seeking a qualified AC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
Maintain AHUs and FCUs
Splits/multi-splits
VRV/VAV/VRF
 

Package & Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £47,000
Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card Provided
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Travel Time after 1 hour of leaving your house
Overtime Available

Requirements:

Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills
Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
