Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop a high performing team through coaching, mentoring and performance management
Continually reviewing methods of work to identify efficiencies or performance improvements via systems, process or people
Building excellent stakeholder relationships with TSD and CSD management and union colleagues.
Effective and efficient rosters, to timescale, so that staffing levels meet business needs and are in accordance with all applicable safety standards, legislation and company standards, policies and procedures.
