A privately-owned Water Treatment specialist is looking to recruit a hardworking Water Treatment Engineer, with a diverse skillset and flexible attitude. It is essential that prospective applicants have strong interpersonal skills as the role will involve direct contact with clients, to advice on technical matters. This role would suit a candidate who has existing experience within the industry, and would be looking to join a progressive and successful outfit, who can offer comprehensive training packages. Experience / Qualifications:
– Successful track record working as a Water Treatment Engineer
– Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Ideally will have experience with process / closed systems
– Will have worked across a range of client sites, including: commercial, industrial and public sector
– Good literacy and IT proficiency
– Strong client-facing experience

The Role:
– Undertaking a wide range of ACOP L8 compliance duties across a range of sites
– Cleans and disinfections on cooling towers
– CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections
– Calorifier inspections
– TMV servicing
– Showerhead disinfections
– Closed system sampling and dosing
– Water sampling
– Temperature monitoring
– Updating logbooks and keeping accurate records of work undertaken
