The Job:

Are you an experienced programme manager with a passion for delivering high-impact research and insight programmes across multiple stakeholders?

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of projects focused on customer experience standardisation and research, insight, and data management. This is a unique opportunity to navigate a complex programme of initiatives that support customer experience improvements and find new ways of working across the sector to deliver on objectives. In this role you will shape and implement governance frameworks, collaborate across major organisations in the transport sector, and lead strategic initiatives that drive informed decision-making.

 

What you’ll bring..

Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject
Excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills
Substantial proven experience in programme management
Excellent knowledge of programme and project controls processes and systems
Proven experience in managing and developing teams to achieve high performance
Proven ability to work with senior industry stakeholders to understand their requirements
Chartered status
Knowledge of the rail industry and its regulatory framework
Knowledge of the principles of investment processes and procedures.

 

This role is available on a Fixed Term Contract or Secondment basis for 12 months.

We do have a preferred candidate for this role, however we do welcome internal applicants.

 

For this specific role, there is an expectation to be able to come to our London or Derby office for a minimum of two days per week.
