Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Uxbridge – Commercial Building – Temp to perm – immediate start- up to £44k

Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider based in a commercial property in Uxbridge, working with a team of 5 Engineers on site. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer for a temp to perm contract. The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified with a proven track record working with building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a hourly rate of up to £25p/h.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

– Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
– Emergency lighting tests
– Control Panels
– Changing Ballast
– BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
– Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
– Maintain and update Log books
– Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
– Pumps, motors
– Hours of work / Shift Pattern / Rates7am – 7pm
– Temp to perm contract
– Day Shift 4 on 4 off
– £25p/h
– £44k

Requirements:

– Electrically qualified
– City & Guilds – Level 3
– A proven track record in Building Maintenance
– Good Leadership & Management skills
– Safe systems of Work Procedure – PTW, RAMS experience
– Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
– Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally
– Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
