As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll build deep technical knowledge and market insight within the Rail industry, enabling you to provide a consultative, value-added service to candidates.
You’ll focus on our white collar contract roles, recruiting for a broad range of positions including Design Managers/Engineers, Project engineers, site manager. Working closely with the sales consultants in your team, you’ll play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with industry-leading opportunities.
Your “desk” is your own centre of activity – a space where you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and engagement to interview coordination and successful placements. As you grow your desk, you’ll build lasting relationships, expand your market reach, and develop your career in a collaborative, supportive environment.
We are looking for individuals with;
Entry-Level Friendly – This role is ideal for candidates who are just starting out, including recent graduates or those with backgrounds in customer service or sales. No recruitment experience? No problem – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Call Confidence – Previous call centre or phone-based experience is a big plus. We’re looking for people who are comfortable engaging over the phone and can build rapport quickly.
