Experience of the Rail Industry beneficial
Experience of travel catering beneficial
2 years experience of managing and facilitating implementation of projects – cost saving and process improvement
Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management
Experience of working within budgetary constraints

 

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

Help support the contract with operational process standardisation within the largest site on the AWC network
Working with the management team to ensure that all performance targets are achieved and exceeded.
Provide effective leadership, communication and direction to ensure delivery of collective performance by specifically meeting quality and service targets
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies on Health & Safety, Food Safety, Employment, legislative and Environmental issues including regular monitoring to ensure that a high profile of all of these key areas is maintained.
Support the contract with identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives across the network.
Manage PI/CAPA workshops with wider team to identify and address root cause
Implementation of improvement project and processes along with standardisation strategy across AWC network sites
Identify improvements and promote continuous operational improvement using ‘The First Choice Way’ as the cornerstone of the process.
Identify and develop the potential of all team members and maintain a credible Succession Plan.
