Locum GP Vacancy (6 Month Role)

Conduct 12 face-to-face appointments per morning and afternoon clinic Manage 2 telephone follow-up slots per clinic session (to phone patients re results etc.) Complete 1 home visit per working day Complete associated administration (test ordering, medication queries, referral letters) within the session Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GMC and practice professional standards Hours & Remuneration Full working days on Tuesdays, and Thursdays & Fridays. Start / finish time negotiable Daily rate: £650 plus pension contribution (£734 if exempt) Additional hours by prior agreement, paid at a mutually agreed rate Self-employed contractor status (no paid leave or statutory benefits) Requirements Registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) Membership of a Medical Defence Organisation On the Primary Medical Services Performers List Up-to-date DBS check (or equivalent via Performers List) Ability to work independently and follow practice protocols Commitment to providing excellent patient care and cooperating with investigations or complaints as required
