CPCS/NPORS D6 Dozer driver (GPS Exp)

Zed Rail Limited are actively seeking a highly skilled and reliable D6 Dozer Operator with GPS machine control experience for upcoming works based in Leeds, LS24.
This is an exciting opportunity offering long-term work with plenty of overtime available on a major infrastructure project.
We are looking for operators with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, who can demonstrate strong technical ability, a commitment to safety, and exceptional reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate the D6 Dozer efficiently, safely, and precisely.
– Utilise GPS machine control systems to perform accurate grading, levelling, and site preparation tasks.
– Execute earthworks operations according to project plans and supervisor instructions.
– Conduct daily machine checks, routine maintenance, and report any faults or defects promptly.
– Ensure all activities are carried out in strict compliance with site health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

– Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Dozer Operator card.
– Proven experience operating GPS-controlled Dozers (essential).
– Current Safety Critical Medical (essential).
– Minimum of two references from previous employers.
– Up-to-date CV detailing relevant experience.
– High level of attention to detail, precision, and a proactive approach to site operations.

Desirable:

– Additional plant tickets (advantageous but not essential).
– PTS is preferred but not essential.
– Previous experience on infrastructure, highways, or major earthworks projects.
