Office and site-based role —regular presence in the office is essential.
Standard hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday with optional overtime available.
Plan, manage and deliver projects from £5,000 – £100,000, taking responsibility from site walkouts and scoping to paperwork, delivery and handback.
Develop work package scopes and ensure appropriate safety and protection measures are in place.
Plan projects from initial scoping to handback, ensuring compliance with Network Rail and industry standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide clear updates to Directors and clients.
Prepare and issue RAMS, task briefings, site folders and handback documents.
Lead internal planning meetings and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement of materials.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure works are completed to quality standards.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget, in line with Network Rail and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide updates to Directors and clients.

Carry out site inspections, briefings, and support safe supervision of works.
Produce reports on performance, quality, and compliance.
Support Directors with operational planning and business development.
Complete and file shift reports.
Problem-solve to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
Act as a key support to Directors, providing input on operational planning and business development.
