We are expanding our workforce for upcoming civils, utilities, highways, telecoms, and infrastructure projects across Essex and the South East.

We provide skilled, safety-focused labor and health & safety support to some of the UK’s leading contractors. With multiple new projects expected to start early 2026, we are registering reliable operatives and advisors to join our approved workforce list.

Site Support & Safety

• Traffic Marshals / Banksmen
• Site Supervisors / Foremen
• Health & Safety Advisors (Contract / Day Rate)
• Site Cleaners / Welfare Labourers

Utilities & Telecoms

• Ducting & Cabling Operatives
• Reinstatement Teams (Hot & Cold Lay)

Requirements

• Valid CSCS (and CPCS / NPORS / NRSWA if applicable)
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in civils, utilities, or infrastructure
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Willingness to travel across Essex and surrounding areas
