Your Role:

– Review customer requirements and liaise with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
– Prepare formal quotations using an MRP system.
– Source competitive material and service pricing from suppliers.
– Communicate with customers to gather feedback and track order progress.
– Identify and follow up on potential new business opportunities.
– Create basic process plans for production (training provided).
– Estimate machining times and build detailed product costings, including materials, finishes, and hardware.

What You’ll Bring:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
– Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional manner.
– Confidence building relationships with both customers and suppliers.
– Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
– Technical experience is highly advantageous.
