Are you an Bid-Coordinator with experience working in the rail industry?
Do you have experience using candy estimating software package?
Location: St Albans
Rate: £200 – £250/day – outside IR35
Duration: ongoing
Our client is a leading multi-discipline rail contractor who due to growth, are looking for an Bid-Coordinator to support their busy estimating team.
This role offers hybrid working where the Bid-Coordinator will be required to work in the office 3 x days a week and other days from home.
As Bid-Coordinator, you will support the estimating team with the following responsibilities:
– Collecting information from the Estimating team to create and proof-read tender documents.
– Formatting and attaching tender documents.
– Reading ITT’s.
– Preparation of civils tender pricing documents.
– Co-Ordinating bids and responses with the Bid Team.
– Maintaining library of standard responses library and feedback from clients.
– General administrative support to the Estimating team.
Requirements:
– 2-3 years’ experience as an Assistant / Civils Estimator within rail.
– Candy software experience.
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
