Role Overview:
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers on major rail infrastructure projects. You will gain hands-on experience in design, construction, and project delivery while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of rail infrastructure projects, including track, bridges, and station upgrades.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to support project execution.
• Perform technical calculations and contribute to engineering reports.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support project documentation, planning, and coordination.
• Engage in professional development and mentorship programs.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (recent graduate or final-year student).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enthusiasm for rail infrastructure and a keen interest in engineering design and construction.
• Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.
