What You’ll Do?
As a Station Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our station operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensuring the safety of all passengers and staff.
Proactively assisting customers, providing real-time information, and ensuring their journey is smooth and enjoyable.
Overseeing the safe and on-time departure of trains, ensuring all dispatch procedures are followed precisely.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the station.
Providing strong visibility and support, ensuring customer security and resolving any issues swiftly.

Skills & Experience Required?
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.

Basic computer literacy to manage station operations and customer information.
A solid understanding of numerical tasks to support station administration.
Additional Information?
This role involves shift work, including weekends and bank holidays, with shifts ranging between 05:30hrs to 23:30hrs, with expectation to support the wider team outside of those hours on an ad-hoc basis.
You would be part of a team of three Supervisors, working 1 in 3 Sundays and a fixed 4 day working pattern, therefore annual leave is calculated pro-rata.
You must be able to travel to and from the station outside of public transport hours.
Interviews for shortlisted candidates are tentatively scheduled for the week commencing 4th August!!!
