BMS Commissioning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

– Install and connect BMS hardware and field devices
– Load control programs and perform point-to-point checks
– Test and adjust control sequences and alarms
– Integrate BMS with HVAC, fire alarms, and other services
– Troubleshoot system issues and optimise performance
– Complete testing documentation and train building operators

Requirements:

– Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium
– Valid CSCS/ECS card
– Confident managing a programme of works
– Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
– Detail-oriented and a good team player
– Contractual knowledge is a plus
